Terms: Ex Works: Dura-Last Lubricants USA, assumes no responsibilities after the product has left our warehouse/possession for any loss, damages or claims. Customer can inspect prior to or while the product is loaded into the container or truck selected by the customer. Customer is responsible for getting the product to its destination and for the documentation. Dura-Last Lubricants USA supplies the invoice, seal, number of pieces, and approximate weight.
Product Warranty: Dura-Last Lubricants USA warrants the product prior to shipping. The customer may choose to test the product before shipment at an approved laboratory using signed, sealed samples. All products meet the specifications stated on the label. Once the product has left Dura-Last Lubricants USA's possession, Dura-Last Lubricants USA is not responsible for, and does not warrant against, product damage or quality issues occurring after the product leaves our possession.
