15W-40 ENGINE OIL API CK-4 / SN is our top-of-the-line, super high-performance engine oil formulated to provide unsurpassed performance in diesel and 4-stroke gasoline engines, whether naturally aspirated or turbocharged. It is a universal oil designed for mixed fleets. It meets or exceeds performance requirements for API service grades SL*, SJ*, CF*, CF-2, CE*, CG-4, CH-4 and CI-4, as well as U.S. military specifications MIL-L-2104F, MIL-L-46152E and most other engine oil specifications of major engine manufacturers.
15W-40 ENGINE OIL API CK-4 / SN is formulated from North American Group base oils and advanced additives. It provides anti-wear protection that significantly improves fuel economy, minimizes engine wear, lowers engine operating temperatures and supports extended drain intervals. Detergent additives minimize deposits and neutralize corrosive by-products of combustion by providing extra reserve alkalinity (TBN) to prevent rust and corrosion, even when fuels with high sulfur content are in use. Shear-stable viscosity-improving polymers deliver optimized 15W-40 CK-4 / SN viscometric characteristics for maximum performance and fuel economy during both cold starts and high operating temperatures in any climate.

LUBE monograde motor oils are formulated with advanced additive technology and highly refined, premium-quality base stocks that protect modern engines against deposits, contamination, and viscosity or thermal breakdown under severe service conditions. LUBE products are recommended for use in two- and four-cycle gasoline and diesel engines where the appropriate API service category and SAE 30, 40, or 50 viscosity grade is specified.
